Elementary and Technical Skill Council of India (ETSCI) is a Pan-India non-profit organization established in 2014, dedicated to skill development and youth empowerment under PMKVY 4.0 and the Skill India Mission.
We are registered with NITI Aayog (NGO Darpan), MSME, and CSR-1 certified, working in alignment with NSDC and Sector Skill Councils to deliver industry-aligned training programs.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between education and employability by providing certified, practical, and employment-oriented skill training that creates measurable social and economic impact.
